A collaboration with Ruchita Restaurant shoot capturing the journey from locally sourced ingredients to finished dishes.

This project focused on the relationship between farm and kitchen — highlighting freshness, process, and authenticity. From natural produce at Brightleigh Farm to plated meals at Ruchita, the story was about connection and craft.

I combined natural light with considered composition to emphasise texture, colour, and the honesty of the ingredients whilst following given requests for natural, candid shots.
